    This policy describes personal information handled through the RealHires website, including hiring inquiries, talent applications, and requests for resources.

    When you contact us or request a call, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, email address, company, hiring needs, and message. Talent applications may include contact details, work experience, compensation expectations, availability, résumé, portfolio, and an introduction video. If you subscribe to updates or request a resource, we collect the information entered in that form. Please share only information relevant to your request.

    Our forms record the page from which a request was submitted and browser information to help process inquiries and manage the website. The application form saves text answers in your browser’s local storage so you can return to a draft on the same device; files must be attached again. Local storage also helps limit repeated form submissions. You can remove locally saved data through your browser’s site-data settings. Doing so does not delete information you have already submitted to RealHires.

    We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, understand hiring requirements, assess applications, coordinate recruiting conversations, provide requested resources, and administer our services. Information may also be used to investigate technical problems, prevent spam or misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. If you request updates, we use your contact information to send those updates.

    Information is handled by the RealHires team and service providers that support website hosting, data and file storage, communications, and recruiting administration. Application information relevant to a potential placement may be shared with prospective hiring clients as part of the recruiting process. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to address fraud, misuse, or a legal claim. Contact us if you have questions about sharing in a particular application or engagement.

    Some website content, such as fonts, images, videos, and scheduling embeds, may be delivered by external providers. Loading that content can send technical information, including your IP address and browser details, to those providers. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. Review the relevant provider’s policy before submitting information there.

    Retention depends on the type of information, the status of an inquiry or application, the recruiting relationship, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Recruiting teams, clients, and service providers may operate in a different country from you. Contact us for information about retention or international handling relevant to your records, or to request deletion. No website or transmission method can guarantee complete security; avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your application or inquiry.

Use any unsubscribe option included in an update to stop those messages. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights to access, receive a copy of, restrict, or object to the use of your information, or to complain to a privacy regulator. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request, and some records may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it.
